Greenhouse conference - Winter 2025

You are cordially invited to this third series of greenhouse conferences organized by the Center for Research and Innovation on Plants (CRIV), the  Greenhouse Crop Protection Reseach Chair MAPAQ – Premier Tech (CRPS), the Research Chair in organic horticulture in greenhouses and controlled environments (BIO Chair), and the Chair of leadership in teaching on the optimization and management of energy and climate of Quebec greenhouses (CLE-ECS).

 

For this session, the theme explored will be biostimulants and plant health. We will have the privilege of welcoming three speakers during the winter:

Thursday, February 27: Thiago Gumiere (Université Laval): Plant-Microorganism Interactions: Selection and Establishment in the Rhizosphere and Mycorrhizosphere.

Thursday, March 20: Mohamed Hijri (Université de Montréal): Title to come. Mr. Hijri is interested in the field of molecular genetics, cytogenetics, genomics, evolution and biodiversity of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi. The objective of his research is to understand the genetic structure, evolution and reproduction of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi.

Thursday, April 17: Martine Dorais (Université Laval): Agroecosystems in controlled environments: resilience and sustainability from the south to the Arctic.
