Greenhouse conferences start on March 27th!

You are cordially invited to the first series of greenhouse conferences organized by the Center for Research and Innovation on Plants (CRIV), the  Greenhouse Crop Protection Reseach Chair MAPAQ – Premier Tech (CRPS), the Research Chair in organic horticulture in greenhouses and controlled environments (BIO Chair), and the Chair of leadership in teaching on the optimization and management of energy and climate of Quebec greenhouses (CLE-ECS).

 

At each session, speakers will address different research themes related to the greenhouse field. To kick off these conferences, the first theme explored will be the energy management of greenhouses. We will have the privilege of receiving Mr. Gilbert Larochelle Marin and Ms. Marie-Hélène Talbot from Hydro-Québec to discuss energy modeling in greenhouses on March 27. Subsequently, on April 26, Ms. Danielle Monfet from the École de Technologie Supérieure (ETS) will address the subject of the use of greenhouse energy models to evaluate different indicators and storage potential.
